creative endeavors.

one thing I will say for studio classes is that I do enjoy having new artwork every week. I'm not always so motivated on my own, but during the semester, whether I like it or not, I have to make a lot. I'm also terribly happy that even when I hate drawing homework the most, it's still not math or writing stuff. =)

here are some of the things I've been working on recently. . .

we each got a section of a Durer print to copy, and then in the last half hour we had to make it our own:

23 may. clue photo shoot. one of my favorite games ever.


26 may. getting my shirt.woot tee. it's amazing. I've already worn it twice.


27 may. final fridays. always a terrific time.


27-28 may. sale at half price books. we went to three in two days and scored some awesome finds.




28 may. firewire. so beautiful.


this summer looks to be off to a wonderful start. =)

things that made my day: spring break edition.

14 march. the construction of the giant blanket fort/man cave. watching the first of many movies in there while eating cookie dough and other snacks. (naturally the front was left open for optimum movie viewing).


15 march. the start of the wall art project. so convenient to have this space to work with before it's covered with paint.


16 march. lawrence day trip! taking pictures in the alleys.

I am a HUGE fan of spring break. I have even more pictures to share but I'll wait till later. very successful.
